Rodent control shouldn't come in a poison packet.
We spent two years working out which frequencies actually move a rodent, then built the device ourselves in Surat. Three models now, one job — pushing rats out of a space without putting poison into it.

Why we exist
The old way of dealing with rats has a cost nobody prices in.
Poison, glue boards and snap traps all work the same way: something has to die inside your building before the problem ends. That is a strange thing to accept in a kitchen, on a shop floor, or in a car you drive your family in.

Poison doesn't stay in the packet
A rodenticide block laid for a rat is equally available to a curious toddler, a street dog, or the cat that keeps your shop clear. It cannot tell the difference between them.

The rat dies where you can't reach it
Behind a cupboard, above a false ceiling, under a floor. The smell that follows can last for weeks, and there is no fix short of opening a wall.

Traps are a routine, not a solution
Somebody has to set them, check them and empty them. Every single day. Rats breed faster than anyone keeps that up, which is why the problem always comes back.

In a food business, it's a compliance risk
Rodenticide stored or laid near food is exactly what an inspection looks for. A sealed, chemical-free device on the wall is a far shorter conversation.
What we built instead
Plug it in, and then forget it exists.
Every Ratguard does one thing: it makes the space it covers a bad place to be a rodent. Nothing to refill, nothing to empty, and nothing that can be eaten by anything that shouldn't eat it.

Plug it in, once
A standard socket, mounted on a wall above the level of stored goods. Installation takes about a minute — no wiring, no app, no subscription, nothing to configure.

It sweeps 22–65 kHz across the space
A piezo transducer moves continuously through frequencies above human hearing. A fixed tone is something rodents learn to ignore; a sweeping signal is far harder for them to settle against.

You maintain nothing
It runs 24/7 on under 5W. No refills, no bait, no carcasses, no monthly visit from a pest-control contractor, no recurring bill.
How we got here
Eight years on one problem.
In 2016 we kept meeting the same situation: at industrial scale, poison and traps aren't a solution, they're a routine. Someone lays bait, someone clears carcasses, and the rodents come back.
So we went looking for something that didn't need repeating. Two years of frequency testing followed — including a line of research that came from something farmers already know, that rats are wary of snakes. Studying that part of the spectrum is where our sweep came from. The first prototype worked in 2018, and we started selling in 2019.

We stated the problem properly
Poison and traps don't fail because they are weak. They fail because they need a person to keep repeating them, and rodents out-breed the routine. At industrial scale that isn't a solution, it's a permanent running cost.

Two years on frequencies
We tested range after range to find what rodents actually move away from. One of the most useful leads came from something farmers already know — rats are wary of snakes — so we studied that part of the spectrum closely. The sweep we build today came out of that work.

The first working prototype
Designed and built in Surat. Everything since has been a revision of this device rather than a replacement for it.

Pro 360 goes on sale
We started with one device, built for commercial floors and godowns, and sold it at a small scale. It is still what warehouses buy — and it has been improved many times since that first version.

MINI, for shops and offices
A single room or a small shop doesn't need 2,500 sq ft of coverage. The MINI covers up to 1,500 sq ft, for the spaces most of our customers actually have.

Rodents chew wiring looms, and one repair can cost more than a year of servicing. Built for the heat, vibration and dust under a bonnet.
Where we draw the line
Things we won't do, even when they would sell more.
Most of these cost us revenue. We think they are the reason customers send us their neighbours.

We will never sell poison
Not as a product, not as an accessory, not as a cheap add-on at checkout. It is the entire reason this company exists.

We will never sell glue traps
A rodent stuck to a board for two days is not a solution. It is cruelty that somebody still has to clean up.

We won't quote coverage we can't defend
MINI is 1,500 sq ft. Pro 360 is 2,500 sq ft. Both are measured in open area. If your space needs two units, we say two — instead of selling one and hoping.

Our performance disclaimer is linked from every product page and from this one. If ultrasound is the wrong answer for your situation, we would rather you found out before paying us.

We publish who we are
Registered name, GST number, full address, a phone number and a named grievance officer — all further down this page. You shouldn't have to guess who is on the other end of an order.

We build it ourselves
Every Ratguard is assembled in our own facility in Surat. We don't contract the build out, and we don't source the cheapest components we can find — several parts come from Germany because that is where we found the quality we wanted.

The parts of trust you can actually verify.
Certificates and a client list are not proof that a device will work in your particular godown — only a trial in your own space can tell you that. They are proof that you are dealing with a real manufacturer, building in its own facility, whose customers kept coming back.
