We hand the parcel to the courier within 24 hours on working days. Your tracking ID arrives the same day.

Most orders reach you in 3 to 5 days. Cash on delivery is available across India.
Common questions
Where do I find my order number?
It is at the top of your order confirmation email and WhatsApp message, and it starts with a #. You can also track using only the courier tracking ID.
My tracking shows nothing yet
Couriers usually take 12 to 24 hours after pickup to start scanning a parcel. If there is still no movement after a full working day, message us and we will chase it.
I need to change my delivery address
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number before the parcel is dispatched and we will update it. Once it is with the courier the address cannot be changed.
