Shipping Policy – Ratguard

1. Order Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch all confirmed orders as quickly as possible.

- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation or successful placement of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order.

- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Partner & Delivery Time

We ship orders through our trusted courier partner Blue Dart.

- Estimated delivery time is usually 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

- Remote or out-of-service areas may take slightly longer.

- Delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, courier delays, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

- Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD handling fee of ₹100 is charged and is non-refundable.

4. Order Tracking

- Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp or email (where available).

- You can track your shipment on the Blue Dart tracking page using the provided tracking ID.

5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

- Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are complete and accurate at the time of placing the order.

- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, repeated delivery attempts or refusal to accept, we may:

* Deduct the shipping and COD charges (if applicable) and refund the balance (for prepaid orders), or

* Charge re-shipping fees if you request us to ship again.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

- If the outer package appears damaged, tampered or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel and inform the delivery personnel immediately.

- Also contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos of the package and shipping label.

7. Returns & Refunds

For information on returns, refunds, and replacement of products, please refer to our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

- We follow a strict 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

- Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer under our self-return model.

All orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) are subject to a ₹100 mandatory COD service charge. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances and will be automatically deducted from the refund amount during the return and refund process.

8. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship our products within India. If any pincode is not serviceable by Blue Dart or our logistics partners, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
