1. 7-Day Strict Return Window
- We offer a strict 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
- After 7 days from delivery, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
- After the 7-day period, only warranty-based replacement for verified manufacturing defects may be available within the 1-year warranty period.
2. Conditions for Return (Within 7 Days)
To be eligible for a return within the 7-day window:
- The Product must be in original, unused or like-new condition.
- All original accessories, manuals, cables and packaging must be returned.
- Products showing signs of misuse, intentional damage, burns, water damage or tampering will not be eligible for return or refund.
3. Self-Return – Customer Pays Return Courier
- We follow a self-return policy.
- The customer must arrange and pay for the return courier from their side.
- We do not provide pickup service for returns.
- Any damage or loss during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund Amount & Deductions
Once we receive the returned Product and complete our inspection:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after successful inspection.
- Refund will be made to the original payment method where possible.
5.1 Non-Refundable Charges
- Return courier charges paid by the customer are not refundable.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, a COD handling fee of ₹100 is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
5.2 When Refund May Be Denied
- If the Product is returned in used, damaged, burnt or tampered condition.
- If any accessory, cable or manual is missing.
- If the return is initiated or the Product is received after the 7-day window from delivery.
6. Replacement Policy (After 7 Days)
After 7 days, refunds are not available; however, you may be eligible for a replacement within the 1-year warranty period, subject to the conditions below:
- The Product must have a verified manufacturing defect or malfunction.
- You must contact our support team and may be asked to share photos or videos showing the issue.
- We may require you to send the Product to us for inspection.
- Replacement is provided only after our technical team confirms that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
6.1 Not Covered Under Replacement/Warranty
- Damage due to water damage, fire, electrical surges or improper power supply.
- Physical damage caused by dropping, mishandling or improper installation.
- Unauthorized repairs, tampering or modifications.
7. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return (within 7 days) or a replacement (under warranty), please contact us with:
- Order ID.
- Name and mobile number used while ordering.
- Reason for return or description of the issue.
- Photo or video of the Product and packaging (if applicable).

8. Misuse of Return Policy
Any attempt to misuse the return or refund policy, including false claims, intentional damage or threats to force a refund outside the published terms, may lead to:
- Rejection of refund or replacement requests.
- Refusal of future orders.
- Legal action, if necessary, to protect our rights.
